Special Event Management

Venue Management can be used to set up special events, for example ‘Football In The Community’ - a scheme where children can register and attend training sessions. This section has been set up as many clubs have a separate system to run their Football In The Community which is not linked to their main accounting system.


Children’s details can be recorded, including sensitive medical information required for coaches on training days. Access to this information can be restricted to authorised staff only.


Instructors’ / trainers’ details can also be recorded.

Training events are set up and available instructors allocated. Children can be allocated tickets as they request to join the event.


Reports of attendees, special requirements and parent’s contact details can be printed for the instructors on the day.


Customers can book places online for the events, selecting which days of a training period that children would like to attend.
